Trying to ship an item best way for the customer but it says FedEx ground is best option in shipping calculator but it doesn't come up as an option for shipping. How do I get it to populate?

Mentor10 months ago@dourot_49 I would avoid Fed Ex, the price might look less now but they do often add surcharges and bill you later.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
