i just started my store 3 weeks ago and the first couple orders I sent out I paid for the shipping myself and didn’t have a tracking number. The customers have marked item delivered but my funds are still on hold. How do I get paid for the items?

It's very important that you upload your tracking #s if you don't purchase your labels through eBay. The #s are on the receipt the post office gives you. Not uploading the tracking #s can earn you defects on your seller metrics and may delay payouts.

OP10 months agoMy issue is that I don’t have the tracking numbers…it was literally my first few orders I didn’t know how it worked…can I get a customer support email or something like that?

No need to discuss with eBay - there is nothing to be done with your previous orders. All you can do is remember to upload the tracking numbers for your future orders. When you purchase labels through eBay, the tracking # is automatically updated.
