Hello, I haven't sold on ebay for awhile and shipping has changed. I do not know the size of the shipping box so how do I estimate shipping? I do not usually use the ebay shipping label because I do not know the size. How do I get paid for shipping?

It really is part of your responsibility, as an eBay seller, to plan ahead, and enter appropriate package size measurements and weight in the shipping section while you are setting up the listing. This will ultimately give your potential buyers the amount of shipping they'll have to pay in addition to cost of the Thing they buy.
The most recent sale by the ID you posted with -- "tamidge" -- yesterday -- was a set of three GI Joes with several clothing items and accessories (boots, etc.). I would think all those items would fit neatly into a standard adult-size shoe box. I'd wrap each figure in bubble wrap, and put all the rifles into a zip lock sandwich baggy, all the other accessories into another baggy. That listing shows $10.00 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.
eBay's calculated shipping system calculates the correct shipping amount based on the seller's (your) zip code and the potential buyer's zip code. When the buyer pays through eBay, his payment will include the shipping cost. eBay makes that money available to you so that you can buy shipping through eBay.
