Im.new to selling on eBay. A buyer had not completed payment for 2 items that he wants combined shipping for ND keeps asking me to send an invoice. I don't know how to do this??

First, don't panic, remain calm. Next, if they are unpaid go to this file in seller Hub: Manage orders awaiting payment — eBay Seller Hub
-On EACH unpaid item on the left in blue is the Send invoice link. Like @disneyshopper mentions, get a finished weight and dimensions on the package that both items will ship in.
-Next, click on just ONE of the Send invoice links ... BOTH items will be grouped on the invoice for you.
-Locate the shipping price window, the total you see may be the total for BOTH items, there is a little calculator icon to the right of that window, click that.
-The next pop up is where you can check the combined shipping cost BUT the first thing you do is use the pull down window at the top and change from "Letter" to one of the package choices. Go down the form and complete weight, dimensions, etc. and finally your zip code ... at the bottom of that page you can cycle through the completion process
-The next page has all shipping costs that will apply, select the one that meets your needs, like Priority mail and the cost will be shown ... you can also switch the view and see what YOUR costs will be.
-Once you finish and have the number close that window and then CHANGE the postage amount on the invoice and send it off.
-This sounds like a lot but once you go through the forms they will make sense to you.

Mentor3 years agoTake the 2 items and package them up in the box or polymailer you will be using. Weigh the package. Determine the cost for shipping. Then go to one of the items in your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Click the down-arrow, click Send invoice. ebay will ask if you wish to combine orders. Enter the shipping amount, send.
