I'm having problems with USPS not updating when I take my packages to the post office. Sometimes the tracking doesn't show any progress until days later. Anyone have any suggestions?

Mentor11 months agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.

OP11 months agoThank you for your help. That's what I have done so far.
So the seller told me I was lying. She said she wrapped 2 pcs "end of discussion" and refuses to refund. The item was obviously broken before it was shipped because the packaging materials used were cut to fit the 3 individual pieces.
I've never dealt with such a rude seller. I sent photos of the pcs and how they were wrapped but I guess we will have to take it up with eBay.
