Hello , I shipped an item this morning and I tried to mark as shipped. But instead I got another shipping label for the item I already shipped. I don't know what happened

If you purchased the shipping label through eBay labels the system automatically marks attaches the tracking number to the order and marks it as shipped. You do not have to manually mark it as shipped.
You can cancel(void) the unused label to get a refund. Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
