Trying to use my U.S. address for shipping, but it keeps defaulting to my Canadian address and charging me international shipping. How do I change that?

For the current transaction you will not be able to change it so you should work with the customer to ask you to cancel until you get the shipping from location straightened out.
Sellers have 5 addresses to set up and if you recently relocated you will need to Add a new address and then DELETE the old one. The Edit feature does not change the address deep in eBay's program unless they fixed that issue: Addresses Settings
