Hello everyone just had a question I sold a item on my eBay the buyer has received the product however on my seller hub it shows that carrier has not received package yet how do I mark it that it's already delivered

If you shipped with tracking go directly to the carriers site and see if it says delivered there. If it does the eBay system will update to show delivered as long as the tracking number was entered on the order. eBay tracking does not update in real time and it may take a day or so for it to do so.
If you did not ship with tracking there is no way to mark an item as delivered, only as shipped. If your payment is on hold you will need to wait the full hold time for it to be released.
