Mentor11 months agoIf you are referring to an adjustment that increased the shipping price you cannot go back to the buyer for any additional money. eBay policy does not allow you to ask for any additional money from the buyer than what was shown in the original listing. eBay does not provide any funds to you for shipping price adjustments.

Mentor11 months ago@albzam-4619 If you received a notice from the shipping carrier of an adjustment that resulted in a REFUND then the refund is sent to your eBay account. There's no notice of it you just have to keep an eye on your all transactions page> https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true
