Question

Help, I am newish to selling. I entered shipping tracking info but did not change carrier. Items have been delivered several days ago but it says not delivered and money on hold because I didn't change shipper. Help

There is a way to > Add/Change/Edit tracking info after you've sent an item. If you can't edit the transaction now that the item has been "Delivered," you'll need to contact eBay customer service to ask them to look at this for you:

If you "Require" a chat option to communicate with an Agent, you'll have to answer some questions with the eBay Automated Assistant before the assistant notifies an Agent:

Click on the Contact eBay link (below) and scroll down to "Need more help?"
Select one of the options: Selling or Buying
Click on the appropriate topic.
Find the "Chat with our automated assistant" link.
If your questions remain unanswered: Type Agent into the text box.

You'll need to provide your user ID, your name, your address, and the registered email address attached to your account. Also, be sure to give them plenty of details.

The eBay Agents usually respond in a day or two and may research the situation better than the "Request a call back" agent or a "chat session" agent.
