I’m new here in the eBay community and made my first sale but I shipped the product via USPS. I’m just noticing it says fedex. Is there a difference if I ship USPS OR FEDEX?

Did you use the eBay provided label? With the authenticity guarantee, you are required to ship Fedex to the authenticator. What class of Fedex was the shipment? Have you tried tracking the shipment?
The label that you receive from eBay should have been Fedex to the authenticator. I would need a few more details to help but you need to ship the correct method and carrier for that Authentication service.
If you gave a Fedex package to USPS you could have an issue.
