shipping
have a potential customer in Maryland says my account won't ship to Maryland ?? not sure how to deal with it never had this issue before

Check the shipping details on the item - there is probably a typo in the weight or dimensions.
The message that the buyer sees is that the item might not ship to his location, because the system can’t calculate the shipping.
