I have a customer that wants to buy a pair o shorts, when he tried to pay for the item Ebay tell him i do not ship to Georgia. I do not have any restriction on this state so i'm not sure why eBay will stop this buyer from purchasing this item. I tried reaching out to E but was not able to reach them. not sure what is going on.

I saw one pair of shorts with ‘shipping not specified’ in your active items. This means that there is something wrong with the either the weight or dimensions you entered for shipping. Edit the item and reenter the package specs.
The message that the buyer sees is that you may not ship to his location, since the shipping cannot be calculated.
