I opened the print a shipping label page but never clicked on purchase but was charged for the label, shich I did not print out, anyway. I went ahead and corrected the shipping info, weight and size and paid and printed a correct label. How do I reverse the charge on the label I did not print out or authorize? Thank you for your help, Tonya

Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. Make sure you select the correct label to Void.
