Have a buyer wanting to pick up a package that has already been paid for plus shipping how do I mark as delivered if it doesn’t actually go through the process

·1 year agoThe best option would actually be to cancel the order, relist it with Local Pickup instead of shipping, and have them repurchase. That will give the buyer a QR code you can scan with the eBay app or a 6 digit code you can enter on the website or in the app to confirm it was picked up. If they have already picked it up, it's too late to do that, though, and the only thing you can do is just mark it as shipped. There is no way to mark it as delivered, and you will not have a tracking number to enter, so if there is a payment hold, you'll just have to wait until it is released.
