Shipping
I was able to go to shipping and put in my package weight and size and it automatically calculated it for me. I changed my settings to allow free returns and put in some rules. Now I can put in the package demensions but it says UPS media mail and I cannot see any shipping cost. There is one button I can push and if I do it puts free shipping. It says use the browser to change your settings. I want my old method back. HELP

It sounds like you are Opted-In to Business Policies. You can Opt-Out here:
The Opt-Out is in tiny writing on upper right.

Then you should be able to list your item as normal.
