I am running into an issue with a repeat buyer. The buyer has given me negative feedback for not combining shipping. There were multiple purchases days apart and I combined the first items and 5 days later I combined the last few items. Is there away to avoid Ebay giving me a poor rating regarding timely shipping if I were to hold all items to ship at one time? I ask in my listings for buyers to request an invoice for multiple purchases before paying but this same buyer never does. I end up having to refund shipping charges on every item.
