A customer says that their shipping costs keep increasing as they are placing an offer for a product. I am shipping USPS Ground Advantage and have entered the weight and box dimensions. Why would the price be increasing?

Mentor1 year agoIf your buyer is referring to other sellers, the buyer is seeing the shipping cost from the seller's zip code to the buyer's zip code. If all sellers are from the same zip code and all packages have the same weight and dimensions, then the shipping cost would be the same price to that buyer.
