Message the Buyer and advise them that they will have to ask you to cancel the transaction and then repurchase the item after it is Relisted so they can purchase the shipping.
If they do that then you can cancel using the reason "Buyer requested ... " and avoid a strike on your account and have your eBay fees credited back to your account.
