I have won an item on March 23rd and the seller has not shipped as of today, March 28. I have tried contacting the seller and have no reply to my messages. What do I do next? I do want the item and have paid for it.

OP1 year agoThe seller has not even started the shipping because there is no tracking shown. I have written to the seller 3 or 4 times asking if the item was shipped and I have gotten no reply. I think he is not shipping because he did not get the price he was expecting for the item and does not want to sell it that cheap. I do want the item and I think Ebay should do something about the seller not shipping. If he did ship it has been a week and I do not have the item.

·1 year agoSellers can have a handling time between 0 and 40 days, and they are not required to ship with tracking, so as @jacbarcollectibles @stated, you really don’t know for certain if it’s shipped or not. They’re also not required to respond to buyer messages, although it would be good customer service.
Just follow the instructions in the other post if you don’t receive the item by the last estimated date of delivery.

Mentor1 year agoSince not all sellers ship through the eBay shipping center you really do not know that they have not shipped your item. Check your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for the item. Once this date passes by at least one full day, and not more than 30 days, you can open a case for an "Item not received". The seller has three days to prove with tracking that either the item was delivered to is still in transit. If they do not do this you go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay would then force a refund from the seller.
