A) Sometimes it appears you have paid twice because of the accounting showing the transaction coming from paypal, or a pending credit card transaction that is released.
B) The only reason you would actually pay shipping price twice is if you ordered 2 labels. Here's how to cancel the unused label.
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.
