Shipping
I sold an item for $7, and shipping was $3.65. Total the buyer paid was $11.53. I printed my label and it’s saying my on hold is only $8.63 and my available funds is -$3.65 and my total funds is $4.98. Why is shipping coming out of my sell amount and not what the buyer paid for shipping?

Mentor3 years agoThe buyer pays the shipping to you, you buy the label.
You sold the item for $7, fees are probably around $2, so that leaves you $5. View the payment in your payment account to see the actual calculations. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
