Mentor3 years ago@dwilson771 If the item is paid for and you can't print the label then my back up method for labels is Pirateship.com The site is free to use and integrates with eBay. They charge the same comercial base rates as eBay but also offer Cubic Rate on Priority shipping which can really save you $ for smaller heavy items.
