We are shipping a package weighing 10+oz and measuring 2†x 2†x 6â€. My husband pushed print label and it printed a packing slip. We were charged for that. He tried again and we were charged again. He went back and canceled label. The label never printed either time. The packing slip printed in the correct format. What do we do?
