Tracking ain't never reliable orders never get here on time I have one right now I ordered 11 days ago still not here tracking his stuck and this ain't the first time almost every order I place is late
I guess since you are a seller you don't have no problem with it because it's cheaper for you to ship it I'd rather pay a little more little more and get my order on time
Sellers on the east coast and the southeast portion of the US are having snow storms, so that could be the cause of slow shipping. People can't get out of their driveways to get to the post office.
I ship from California, and I have no problems with delivery. I stand in line at the post office to have my packages scanned so the buyers know when the package leaves the post office. If those packages are going to the snow impacted areas, the buyers might get their packages late if the postal trucks can't get out.
I'm a buyer like you as well as a seller. I look for reliable sellers to buy from, and it's extremely rare for anything to be late. I ship daily, and it's very rare for any of my buyers to receive their items late.
You wrote that some of your purchases don't have tracking. It sounds like the seller didn't ship - that has nothing to do with buying shipping labels through eBay.
If you don't receive your items around the estimated delivery date, here's what to do:
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
Remember that many ares of the country have been experiencing severe weather which is causing shipping delays. And don't forget the fires raging in California...
You can always send a message to your seller to let him know the package is late and ask for an updated status. Otherwise, follow the instructions I gave you above to get your money back.
