I tried to print a shipping label and found out that my printer is broken. I hand wrote the address and want to know how to be refunded for the label cost.

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You now need to enter the tracking number for the label you purchased from the carrier.
