I am a seller and most of my ads offer free shipping. I'm printing the shipping labels in Ebay but cant figure out how to see and/or change where the money is being deducted to pay for the shipping.

You have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen when you purchase your next shipping label.
There you will see the two payment options: PayPal or your pending funds.
Whatever option you choose will remain your ‘default’ payment option until you decide to change it.
