OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. I can't ship it this week because my oldest daughter is getting married in Florida. I tried to use the time away option on eBay but couldn't do it in time. Can I call eBay and inform them I won't return until Monday? I've been selling on eBay for 20 years

·1 year agoYou can’t call eBay directly, you would have to have them call you back, and it’s a lot of steps to go through when it isn’t going to change anything.

Mentor1 year agoFirst, let your buyer know this information. They received estimated delivery dates that they based the purchase on. eBay expects you to ship the item within the handing time you selected for the listing. If you do not ship by that time you will receive an automatic defect on your account. eBay does not accept any excuses for not shipping on time.
