If you can message your customers and let them know of the situation that would be good. eBay will protect you against certain situations. Below is a link to the eBay announcement about hurricane Milton. Read the part about protection for INR claims by Buyers, it DOES require that you get the Acceptance scan by the carrier before the claim is filed by Buyers. In your situation that may be a challenge so you may also want to reach out to eBay ( eBay Customer Service ) and ask them how is that possible when all the carriers in your area are without power???
Seller Protections are in place for sellers impacted by Hurricane Milton (ebay.com)
Today is Saturday and Monday is a Posts office closing holiday so you do have some time and hopefully power will be restored in your area by Tuesday morning.
