Mentor2 years agoSellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. If you receive a message from the buyer to send to a different address than the one attached to the payment, let the buyer know you will need to Cancel the order and refund the payment. Then you will relist the listing and send the buyer the item number. The buyer then makes the purchase and this time, when s/he sees the ship to address, clicks the CHANGE link, and makes the change to include the SHIP TO address s/he wants the item shipped to.
