The buyer purchased item and selected USPS Ground Advantage. The system will only allow me to use FedEx. Why is this happening? This is the first time this has happened. How do I get around or get system to give option for correct shipping?

Mentor2 years agoI looked at your most recent sales, and they all offer USPS Ground Advantage, so I don't know why you would be seeing Fed Ex. Scroll down to SERVICE and see if you can then select ebay or USPS instead of Fed Ex.
