You only ship to the address that eBay shows in your order details, or when you purchase the label. If the buyer is saying the address is not correct, cancel the transaction, refund the buyer, relist and let hi purchase it again.
Do make sue the message came from the ID of your buyer - scammers will try to send you an address hoping you won't check.
