I have an order that has been paid but when I try to purchase label the message I received states the item hasn’t been paid and won’t let me purchase a label.

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
If the order appears here, the buyer has paid for the item, and you should be able to ship. If you don't see the order here, go to Awaiting Payment . If you see the order there, the buyer has NOT yet paid.
