Question

I live in Minnesota and the item I sold was going to Illinois. eBay marked it as International shipping. I specifically stated that I didn't want any International shipment made with my account. Where is my item now?

Hi @paulnue_58 Your listings show that you do sell internationally through eBay's International Shipping Program. You only ship to eBay's international shipping hub (in this case, the Illinois hub), and eBay ships it outside the U.S. If your package tracking shows it was delivered to the Illinois hub, you're all set.

Here's the info about it, including the how-to for opting out of the program. But before you opt out, I recommend reading about the program, especially the section on returns and refunds. My experience has been that it's made my international selling safe and easy, and I reach more customers than if I limited sales to U.S. only.
