Mentor2 years agoSellers are required to ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. You cannot change it.
The only way to fix it is (after you are sure this is the buyer messaging you) to cancel the transaction (problem with address) and then you will have to relist the item. The buyer would purchase again and provide the correct address on the checkout screen.
