SHIPPING
Hi,
I am trying to navigate eBay and couldn't find this bit of information. I want to offer buyers free shipping on orders over $35 but unsure where I can include that information? I have a non-business eBay account. Thanks

You can set up a promotional shipping rule to offer free shipping on combined orders over a specified amount.
On this page - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf - in the combined payments and shipping section. First edit by combined payments. Enter a number of days - 3 is enough unless you run auctions and want to allow more time - and save.
Then edit next to promotional shipping rule, make your selection and save.
You will need to add the rule to each of your listings. To do this you need to switch to the advanced or business form if you are using the quick listing form. On the quick form, in the very top right, click switch to advanced. Then scroll down to the shipping section and check the box ‘apply promotional shipping rule’.
