I bought a PlayStation from a buyer about a month ago it said it shipped and nothing shows up on the shipping information I click message the seller I messaged them within a day of buying to ask about somthing they responded then after nothing
now when I try and view the sellers profile there’s nothing what do I do, did I get scammed?

After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If it is more than 30 days past the estimated delivery date, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
