Shipping
So I made a mistake and the buyer bought shipping but I brought the package to my USPS and sent it out and paid separate shipping. Now it says I never sent the package but I have confirmed with buyer it was received. Or will it refund buyer saying they never received if they just don't tell eBay they received. I have messages from buyer saying they received and it works great

You need to enter the tracking # into the order. The tracking # is on your receipt from the PO. Go to your sold orders and select add tracking from the action menu next to that item.
