What is everyone doing with Ebay quoting shipping prices that are incorrect to our customers and Ebay coming and taking money out of our our accounts. A week later for under charging us through the postage rate calculator. Lost $30 on two pieces last week and had somebody just buy something now and I know I can’t ship it 2000 miles for a 6 pound 16 x 13 x 13 package through FedEx for $19. Any ideas

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
