This appears to be the only way I can send a message to eBay. I think it would be a good thing if buyers could change the status of the transaction to "Delivered". Sometimes the status of a transaction sits for a long time as "Shipped" because the seller is using all sorts of different delivery methods. I recieve the item and I leave positive feedback, but still the item says shipped for long periods of time.

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately, the DELIVERED status comes from the carrier when they scan the tracking number.

OP2 years agoI have several purchases that remain in shipped status even though they have been delivered. I left positive feedback. The shipping service that the seller used does not verify delivery status. So the status will remain "not delivered". If ebay does not care and the seller does not care; then I guess all I can do is learn to not care.

Mentor2 years agoMany screens have a "Tell us what you think" bubble so I suggest you use it to let ebay know what you think.
