You don’t have to buy your labels through eBay.
What you charged the buyer for shipping is included in the payment in your payment account. eBay deducts their fees, so that can make you think he shipping is not there.
Go to your payment account and click on the payment to see the details of the payment and the fees. Click the arrow next to the order total where it says ‘fees based on’ to see the item shipping and tax.
