I shipped an item with UPS but didnâ€™t use the ebay shipping label. Can I still get paid for shipping?

Yes, the shipping paid by the buyer will be included in the payout, once the payment is released.

If eBay created a label for you that you did not use, you need to void that label. The refund takes about 3 weeks. (If no label was created, then there is nothing to void.)

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.

Then enter the tracking # from the label you did use - in your list of sold orders, click add/edit tracking.
