Luckily, you don’t ship outside the USA. You can cancel for reason ‘issue with buyer’s address’ without penalty.
Never ship anywhere other than the address that prints out on the shipping label.
Have you printed the label?
Have they actually paid?
Are you sure that message is from the real buyer? Some people send messages pretending to be the buyer.
