I have been shipping through Ebay and getting charged additional money after I ship it threw UPS . The recent shipment they charged me 12 dollars additional charge . I called Ebay and you know how difficult it is to get a real person to talk to . Ebay tells me I have to call UPS and UPS tells me I have to call Ebay . Both are extremely hard to talk to a live person . The latest box weight and measurements were correct but the still hit me for 12 dollars more that was twice the cost . they told me it has to be in a corrugated cardboard box . I wrapped it in cardboard and it was 46x2x5 perfectly even on all sides like a regular box would be .they have screwed me out of at least 150 dollars in they last few months and its getting to be not worth the hassle of getting theses surprise charges . If you out there having the same problem . they should have a tel line so you can call a live person to deal with the problem . I take photos of my packages measurements and weight but they don't care . I think this is a scam and they are making millions of people who don't know how to go back on Ebay to print another label and put in there numbers to see what it cost you will find out there over charging like crazy . on box was 18lbs 5 0z and that's what it put in the Ebay shipping calculator the sent me an up charge of 50 00 saying it was 19 pounds because they go to the next point . 50 dollars for 8 oz more .
i we don't stop this scam by the shipping co. they will keep doing it . the shipper should show you a photo of the box the measurements and weight to prove it not right .Ebay says they having nothing to do with it .its between the shipper and I .
