Buyer has a PO Box for an address. I use (and he wants UPS ground). Tried to contact after he paid me. No answer. HELP, please.

You can wait another day and see if he responds - ask it it is OK to send usps instead. He picked ups because that is all you offered. If you don't hear form him, you will have to cancel the transaction as problem with buyer's address. Send the buyer a note and explain that you can not send UPS to a PO Box.
When you use UPS, block PO Boxes here, under exclude shipping locations - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
