I shipped an item to a customer with a pre paid label. It got returned to my house today saying I owe $1.80 more. How can I add more postage?

If you purchased your postage through the post office, go back to the post office and have them handle this.
If you purchased your label through eBay, you'll need to void the original label and purchase a new one.

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
