How long does a seller have to ship? I ordered a 400 dollar item on 1/27/24, it hasn't shipped, and the seller will not respond to my messages

Mentor2 years agoSellers have until the end of their chosen handling time to get an acceptance scan before eBay considers the shipment "late", but sellers are not required to provide tracking until after an "item not received" case has been filed, which can be done the day after the last estimated delivery date shown in the purchase history.
