I am a seller and went to the post office to send an item to the buyer. The buyer has paid for this item. The post office could not accept the item because they said that the address I was given by the buyer does not exist. I have contacted the buyer and I am waiting for a reply. What else should I do?

Mentor2 years agoIf you send it to a different address, you have no protection from a not received claim.
You should cancel the transaction as problem with buyer’s address and refund the buyer. If they still want the item, they can buy it again with the correct address.
