Is there a way to get a QR code after you attempted to print shipping labels but failed.

You can attempt to Reprint a label 5 times before having to purchase a new one. The link below is where your Shipping labels can be found, find the item and use the pull-down menu on the LEFT and the FIRST choice is "Reprint". If this continues to fail go back to the that same menu and use the Void function and in 21 days or less you will be credited for the label cost. Next, go back to that list and the second item down is where you would Print another label which means you can request the QR code on the new label purchase.

No, you need to void the label and buy a new one.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.
