What to do when buyer asks for refund in difference of shipping price?
They're asking for a refund of $3.09; I don't want to be rude but I thought the shipping price was the shipping price.

Mentor2 years agoAre you showing the price you paid on the shipping label? If so, I would select the option to not show the shipping price on the label.
Reply to the buyer that shipping was clearly stated on the listing, which includes postage plus handling (which includes the price of the packaging [box/poly mailer/bubble wrap/etc]) so there is no refund.
